Rules, motive, how to join and details

AnimeFansClub Details.

General Rules:

1. Our club’s icon must be showed in either your journal entries OR signature.
2. PG content allowed.  Anything higher MAY be accepted depending on admin approval.
3. No flaming or swearing to anyone at anytime. We'd like to keep thing nice and civilized so please...just don't.  If you get caught 1-3 times [depending on the severity of each case] you will be banned from the club, and from visiting the club page.
4.      Please do not fave any submissions to the club gallery.  There is a direct link to the original deviation provided in every description.  If you are a member, we will note you to remove the club deviation and add the member deviation to your favorites.  You will be given AT LEAST one week to correct the issue.  Should this happen more than 3 times, you will be barred from the next competition, and should the problem continue to get worse, you will be banned from viewing the page for at least one month or until we see that you have cleared the problem yourself.


How to join or unjoin:

1. Send AnimeFansClub a note with the subject as "Join".
2. You must include the key word "Dattebayo".  The reason for this is stated below.
3.      Add the club to your watch list.  And put our icon or name in your     
         journals or signature.  To do this put *iconAnimeFansClub* or  
         *devAnimeFansClub* replace the * with : in your choice signature or
         journal and you're done!
4. We will write back telling you if your sign up was successful or not.
5.      Do not leave comments asking to join.  These may be overlooked and so you must send us a note if you would like to join!
6.      Do not include submissions with your join note.  Sometimes I add people to the club but leave the submissions for later, so if your join note has a submission, it might get forgotten and never be uploaded.
7.      These rules are in place to show to us that you can read the rules and understand them.  If you are wondering why you haven't been added it is most likely that you haven't read them, and that will be obvious to us.  If we know that you know the rules, it saves us lots of time and effort from having to explain something that you may already have the answers to.
It is EXTREMELY important that you include the keyword.  If not, no matter how much you say that you've read the rules, you will be asked, without fail, to re-read the rules and re-apply when finished.

If you want to unjoin:
1. Send us a note with the subject 'unjoin.'
2. Delete us from your watch list, journal and/or signature.
3. We will delete you from our lists etc.
4. Long inactive members (showing at least 15 weeks or more from date of last login) of DA can be removed from the club without notice.  If you would like to, you may rejoin once you become active again.
5. If you move accounts, you are responsible for notifying us.  Otherwise, you will just be removed as a member.


Club’s Objective:
Is to promote your favourite anime character and unite with fellow anime lovers. Also to improve your work and become the best you can.
